Random Testing Participants will know when their random selection occurs by a simple daily phone call to a “toll free” number. Flexibility Program Administrators will be able to customize each profile by choosing panels, testing frequency, and length of testing schedule utilizing NCPS’s comprehensive software package. Comprehensive Software Package Participants will have the ability to document compliance activities with objective reports. The NCPS, Inc. Management System software network is fully interactive with our automated voice response system. NCPS provides confidential access to participant information, random programs, test panels, reports and results. Daily Vigilance Our programs utilize the NCPS, Inc. Voice Response System. Participants are able to call daily to a toll-free “800” service, which will notify them when to submit for testing. Collection Site Management NCPS, Inc. handles the time-sensitive nature of monitoring and is capable of handling collections by employers and other collections sites. Time Effective Case Workers are notified of results within 24-48 hours of lab downloads to the NCPS, Inc. system at a reasonable cost to the participants. Customize Individual Participant Profiles Set up each participant according to their testing needs by panel and percentage, for specific program “start” & “end” dates. Standard and Alternate Prescription Drug Panels Laboratory analysis and confirmation of illegal & prescription drugs at levels designed to detect abuse. Automated Random Selection AVR notifies participants when to test, for drug, alcohol, or both methods, and reports results directly to Case Managers. Adulteration Notification Specimens with abnormal Creatinine or pH levels are reported accordingly so that Case Managers may choose to order future observed collections. Collection Site Selection NCPS strives towards convenience, making every effort to establish as many after hours and weekend facilities as possible to provide coverage for random and reasonable cause testing.
